About the Author

My name is Diane K. Chamberlain and I'm the author of a new book, "The Rainbow in the Storm: Finding Hope Where There Isn't Any", but most of all I'm just an ordinary person who has gone down difficult pathways in my life, just as you.
After going down a long road of 21 knee surgeries, sexual abuse, the loss of children, and a long journey of pain and heartache...God has taught me that I do not have to suffer needlessly because He is there for me, just as He is there for you too. God has shown me that there is a way fro us to rise above the weaknesses in our lives, so we can find a greater strength through Him, that will help us through the obstacles in life's journey.
I pray that you will enjoy the website! Take in all of it's pages and let God's healing words create a new strength for your hurting heart and soul, so you can rise above your weaknesses and find God in a stronger way.
May God truly bless you and ALWAYS keep you in His sheltering and loving arms!
It's Only Because of Him,
Diane K. Chamberlain

What Can Make Me Whole Again?
Dear Reader...
You may be dealing with chronic pain, grief, depression, loneliness or you may be just having a bad day. In Psalm 18:17-18, it reads..."He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me, for they were too strong for me. They prevented me in the day of my calamity; but the Lord was my stay."
A strong enemy in our lives can be the pain we endure from day to day, whether it be in a physical, emotional or spiritual way.
There are times in our lives when these circumstances can become too strong to handle, so we need a greater strength to lean on. Our circumstances can prevent us from living and becoming the person that God destined us to be. So remember one thing...let God be your stay. He made you, so only through His love and strength, can we be made whole again.

It's Only Because of Him,
Diane
